Outer Box is incredibly clean, no noticable marks, tears, or stains. Inner box looks great, only minor superficial cracks. Book has very faint red smudge from inner box, last page of the book has what looks like maybe glue? (see picture) The rest of the book is stunning. Minor wrinkles. Original program looks great, minimal wear on back side. Original inner sleeves are in great shape. Labels on all four sides look brand new. 
My equipment: Project Evo, Ortofon Blue Cartridge, Project Phono Box Preamp, Yamaha Analog Receiver, B&W Bookshelf Speakers. I have very analytical setup that picks up all the noise, so I believe my grading is conservative.
Side 1: J2 RY7958-4S A4
Visual Grade: (VG+) light marks, 1 mm vinyl bubble on track 2
Aud Grade: Overall VG  Track 1 - (VG) light clicks throughout track, most noticeable on quiet parts. Track 2 - (VG) vinyl bubble makes 11 audible clicks, plays through/does not skip.
starts off noisy but cleans up. Track 3 - (VG+) lighter surface noise than the first two tracks, Track 4 - (VG+) faint clicks but not distracting. Track 5 - (VG+) light surface noise in background. Track 6 - (VG++) Sounds great! Side one gets less noisy as it goes on. Track 7 - (VG+) Again sounds great! Track 8 - (VG+) Couple clicks but overall solid VG+. Track 9 - (VG+) Sounds great

Side 2: J2 RY7959-1S A1
Visual Grade: (VG+) faint marks
Aud Grade: Overall VG/VG+ Track 1 - (VG+) Very faint surface noise. Track 2 - (VG+) light clicks here and there but much better than the first few tracks on side 1. Track 3 - (VG) Few clicks throughout the track. Track 4 - (VG+) Sounds pretty clean, few clicks. Track 5 - (VG) Few light clicks throughout. Track 6 - (VG+) Light surface noise, few clicks.

Side 3: J2 RY7960-1S A2    
Visual Grade: (VG+) Light marks
Aud Grade: Overall VG  Track 1 - (VG) Some light surface noise throughout. Track 2 - (VG) Quiet song, noticeable clicks and pops here and there. Track 3 - (VG) Light background surface noise most noticeable on quiet parts Track 4 - (VG) Not sure if this is a separate track or just another movement of track 3. I honestly am not super knowledgable about classical music.

Side 4: J2 RY7961-1S A2
Visual Grade: Overall VG+ 
Aud Grade: Overall VG+ Track 1 (VG+) Sounds very nice, light noise. Track 2 - (VG+) Few clicks, overall nice sounding side! Track 3 - (G) light scratch that makes some pops :( Track 4 - (VG+) No pops, light surface noise. Track 5 - (VG+) Great way to close the final track!
