Front bottom right corner has a bit missing, wear to other corners and age discolourage, to unlaminated backalso small biro name address bottom left unlaminated back.

some creasing to lamination.

Flipbacks all present and intact.

TAKE MY WORD FOR IT I HAVE LISTED OVER 2000 BEATLES ITEMS ON EBAY SINCE I BEGAN TRADING HERE AND USED THE WORD "RARE" ONCE IN ALL THAT TIME. PLEASE DONT BE BELIEVING A BEATLES ITEM TO BE "RARE" JUST BECAUSE A LISTING USES THIS WORD.
