I can see 1 spindle mark on Side B , none on side A, so the record has been played. A plastic-knife is glued to the cover which is cut to two-thirds and has a hole cut out of it. The cut out piece is glued to the sleeve. By moving the plastic knife an insert moves out from the sleeve to reveal credits. See pics at . http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=690648
