Description

Clearing out my punk vinyl collection:

  • Samhain Initium LP
  • Plan 9 Records 1984
  • BLACK vinyl with BLACK labels 
  • One owner (me) 
  • Stored inside for decades 
  • This one is in excellent shape with light corner wear (see pics).

From Discogs:
This is an early pressing with a large ring around the center hole.

Flat edge variation.

This is often considered to be a first press, but there is no evidence for that. We know that in order to get records for their tour, the band drove to Europadisk and had the initial pressing made in front of them. This pressing has a small ring in the center, and some copies have white streaks, white marbling, or are completely white, as white pellets were added to the press. This pressing would have either been made after the band left Europadisk for tour (maybe they ordered 1000 and but only pressed a few hundred for the tour), or it is a first pressing that was pressed on a different machine.
