Description

Samhain "Initium" 1984 original lyric insert.  Measures approximately 11" x 11".  I have read that this was issued in the first 500 copies of the "Initium" LP.  Whether that number is true or not, I know this is very rare and most copies you come across do not have it.  Unfortunately I found this in a collection of other punk records and its match was not found.  It is in nice condition with minor signs of wear you'd expect from a lyric sheet printed on glossy thin paper.
