Rare 1988 UK IMPORT 2-RECORD VINYL LP Christmas album release entitled, SAVE THE CHILDREN: CHRISTMAS CAROLS AND FESTIVE SONGS (Save The Children Fund SCFLP 1).  Gatefold cover (with pix of featured casts in full color; see pic #6 above), plus 20-PAGE LYRICS BOOKLET (not pictured)!  Over 35 tunes sung by the International Casts of Anything Goes, Cats, Chess, Follies, 42nd Street, Into the Woods, Les Miserables, Me & My Girl, The Phantom of the Opera, South Pacific, and Starlight Express, featuring (alphabetically) Michael Ball, Steve Barton, Emile Belcourt, Sarah Brightman, Pearl Carr, Jayne Collins, Gemma Craven, Michael Crawford, Jim Dale, David Essex, Anita Harris, Teddy Johnson, Eartha Kitt, Ronnie Langford, Stephanie Lawrence, Millicent Martin, Julie McKenzie, Claire Moore, Paul Nicholas, Elaine Paige, Bernadette Peters, Bertice Reading, Frances Ruffelle, Lon Satton, Colm Wilkinson, and Dave Willetts, with The Alyn Ainsworth Orchestra, The London Philharmonic Orchestra, The London Symphony Orchestra, The Philharmonia Orchestra, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, and The Wren Orchestra.  Guest Conductors are Alyn Ainsworth, Mike Batt, Carl Davis, John Dankworth, Derek Wadsworth, and Martin Yates.  Full track listing pictured above (see pic #2 above)!  Cover in excellent condition (small crease at bottom-right corner; see pic #8 above).  Both vinyl LPs and lyrics booklet in gorgeous near mint condition.

(SS) STILL SEALED. Original factory seal.

(M) MINT: Perfect, flawless, new

(NM) NEAR MINT: Almost perfect, possibly no more than a few MINOR scuffs, wrinkles or wear.

(EXCELLENT/VG++) Less quality than Near Mint, but still in beautiful condition.

(VG+) Very Good+. Some scratches or scuffs, some surface markings, some wear, etc.  Nice overall.

(VG) Very Good. Too many scratches, scuffs, or wear for VG+, but still in okay condition.

(VG-) Very Good-. Lots of wear (scratches, etc.). Starter copy.

(G) Good. Wrecked. Excessive wear.

(P) Poor. Just what it says.
