Description

Good copy of SAX 2322. Features the "New World Symphony" & the "Carnaval Overture" by Dvorak. Record is in good condition but potential buyers should be aware that there is some surface noise throughout this record as well as intermittent light crackle. Side 1, Band 1 has some ticks as follows : 3 light pops at 0.20; 1 medium tick & 1 light tick at 0.50 & 2 light ticks & 1 medium tick at 1.20. There is also a light pop at 5.50 of Band 2, Side 1; 1 light pop at 0.40 of band 1, Side 2 & a light pop at 6.05 of Band 3. Surface noise is particularly present during the first 2 minutes of Side 2. There are numerous hairline/feint scratches visible on both sides of the record under strong light. The Front cover appears good at first but on closer inspection there is a ragged split of about 1cm in length along the top right hand extremity of the sleeve & a small tear of approximately 1cm halfway along the opening of the front cover of the jacket. Back cover is mildly discoloured & slightly grubby but still in decent condition. There is a crease mark about 3 cm long on the top right hand corner of the sleeve. Includes original dust sleeve. Every Thursday over the coming weeks I will be listing more records of increasing quality. I have many highly sought after titles in excellent condition which I would like as many buyers out there to see. PLEASE SAVE ME TO YOUR "LIST OF SELLERS" & CHECK MY OTHER ITEMS! All records are vacuum cleaned & listened to once in their entirety on a Technics 1210 with a brand new Ortofon stylus. All records come in custom mailers with 2 stiffeners. Records are removed from sleeves before posting & will come in a brand new dust sleeve. Where possible I will attempt to include the original dust sleeve. Records & sleeves will also be protected by a polythene sleeve I'll include as part of the sale. I will only send via either 'second class recorded delivery' within the UK or 'international signed for' for other customers.
