VINYL CONDITION : NEAR MINT - Blue & Silver Labels - all LPs are in superb condition - having been rarely if ever played. All LPs are presented in their original poly-lined printed company inner sleeves.

SLEEVE CONDITION : BOX - NEAR MINT - Original cloth covered box is in fantastic condition - there are a couple of small spots of foxing to the inside of the lid - these are barely noticeable. This set comes with ALL THE ORIGINAL BOX LINERS - ie the VERY RARELY SEEN ORIGINAL cardboard and tissue packing sheets used to protect the discs whilst in transit.

INSERT CONDITION : NEAR MINT - This set comes complete with BOTH the original inserts - the printed book/libretto and the single sheet insert outlining the position of parts of the work on the LPs - THIS IS THE BEST EARLY SAX box set that we have EVER handled - truly fantastic condition (we were very tempted to call it MINT - the first time we would ever have done so!!).

All vinyl is graded under a strong light. The lead-in of each record and ANY suspicious marks are carefully checked on our Linn decks. Any records can be given an even more through check on request. All photographs are of the actual item for sale and taken at the time of listing. Check out our feedback - 100% positive from over 7000 customers!!

Records are strictly graded using the UK RECORD COLLECTOR system - here is a reminder :

MINT : (we don't believe in the existense of MINT records - you will NEVER find a record listed here at a higher grade than NEAR MINT) - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint (but who knows ... if it is sealed!!)
EXCELLENT : The record shows some signs of having been played, but there isvery little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD : The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD : We do not bother to sell records that are in less than Very Good condition.

PACKAGING
Items are removed from their outer sleeves and supplied in a brand new protective outer sleeve. The record is cleaned on a professional cleaning machine where necessary and supplied in a brand new unused poly-lined inner sleeve along with the original inner. Items are shipped in highest quality extra thick mailers with at least two cardboard stiffeners. All items are fully insured free of charge.
