I recently bought the entire collection from a retired record company executive.
They date back to the late 1950's and include many SXL, ASD, SAX, DGG, Philips HI-FI Stereo
and other obscure labels which I will be listing over the coming weeks.

I play ALL my records in their entirety and do not
rely on a sample(guess) as to how they might sound

All the 5 records play as easily EX over the 9 sides, record one is one-sided.

No tics no clicks no groovewear no repeats no skips,though
there is one of those pressing dimples that gives a couple of very minor dull sounds.
Absolutely nothing serious.
The box is in EX condition with no damage to any of the corners
and all the printing on the spine is perfectly legible.
The 32 page libretto/booklet is N/M

The box still contains the original cardboard protector and tissue paper.

Also included are two newspaper cuttings from The Gramophone dated April 1962,
describing the work and displaying the not inconsiderable cost of £11 13 & 8d. A huge
sum of money 50 years ago!!

Also included is the original Columbia playlist sheet(see photo).
