Description

EMI Columbia Records stereo five disc boxed set SAX 2446S, SAX 2447-50, SMS 1013.  First blue and silver label discs pressed in England.  On 9 sides, 2446S is a one sided disc. 

Bach, St. Matthew Passion, complete.  Otto Klemperer conducts the Philharmonia Orchestra and Chorus.  Soloists are Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Elizabeth Schwarzkopf, Christa Ludwig, Nicolai Gedda, and Walter Berry.  Evangelist is Peter Pears.  See pics for complete personnel and program details.

Discs all NM, box VG++ very nice.  Booklet included.
