ORIGINAL JOSIE RECORDS RELEASE.  Labels are as pictured and record is in VG++ to NM condition (very shiny surface, few light paper scuffs / scratches, LOOKS GREAT - visual grading).  
MATRIX NUMBERS IN THE DEAD WAX ARE AS FOLLOWS: A-side has 45-JOZ-039 and B-side has 45-JOZ-040. Both are etched and there also is another mark that looks like an O, etched on both sides (see pix).
