Description
Welcome to my next clearout of some more records from my collection, keep an eye out for some huge rarities in this batch. Here is a lovely condition copy of the Excerpts from Der Rosen Kavalier by Richard Strauss. Herbert Von Karajan conducts the Philharmonia Orchestra with Elizabeth Schwarzkopf, Otto Edelmann, Eberhard Wachter and Christa Ludwig. Columbia Silver / Turquiose label ED1 SAX2423 released in 1962. This copy is a Factory Sample with the sticker on the Side 1 label. Vinyl is beautifully clean, a tiny hairline is all I can spot, plays through beautifully with no skips or jumps. Original advertising inner is nice and clean, no rips or tears. First Edition front laminated sleeve with 3 flipbacks is also nice and clean just a small split on the top edge and very light tanning on rear edges a solid EX overall.
If you are bidding from overseas I will only ship using ebay global shipping for this item. Thanks for looking.
I am conservatively under grading these listings, but all have been play tested using Sennheiser dynamic head phones and all items listed play through with no skips or jumps and minimal background noise, that does not interfere with the music at normal volumes. Any exceptions to this will be noted, the pictures were taken on a high definition camera that form part of the description so please check and ask if not sure. Please ask me about any individual item before making a purchase.
The make offer button is there, feel free to make an offer on any item, at worst I will say no.
Royal Mail next day by 1pm insured service is included in all prices for UK bidders on all items over £50, items under £50 will be sent 2nd class signed for, items under £20 will be 2nd class. Items up to £250 are available for Worldwide shipping via Ebay Global.
Please check my other listings for more rarities. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
