Full Gloss Vinyl is very clean; visual EX; plays crisp, clear and full - with some surface noise heard at outer rim and between tracks. Actual music grooves (including quiet passages) play extremely clean VG++ to NM, with almost no surface noise at all. Labels are pristine with no spindle marks.

COVER is VG+
Crisp, clean bright and vivid soft matte cover has a mere touch of shelf wear and a few small, mild edge creases (one larger, off of spine). Seams and spine completely intact with no splits. Spine titles are clear and fully legible.

SCORPIONS' 2nd album - and by far the most Psychedelic and Progressive album they ever made - and the one most clearly in the KRAUTROCK Vein.
FLY TO THE RAINBOW, was released on November 1, 1974 and is the first album to be self-produced by the members of the band. The album came out shortly after their LONESOME CROW tour, and is their 1st album to feature Guitarist extraordinaire Uli Jon Roth. 
Stylistically, FLY TO THE RAINBOW advanced strongly from their debut album LONESOME CROW and moved in a more progressive, experimental direction, already showing the strong Hard Rock that the band would continue to excel with. In addition to lead singer Klaus Meine, the album also features the voices of Rudolf Schenker ("They Need a Million") and Uli Jon Roth ("Drifting Sun"). _______________________________________________________________________________

who was a DJ at the Radio Station I co-founded in the 1970's - and who worked for me at my California record store in the '70s and '80s. . Sadly he has now left this mortal coil, bequeathing me his deep Vinyl Mine.
