PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
VERY RARE barcoded AYL1-4657 Indianapolis pressing from 1983 on RCA's black label!!! LP is VG++ with a few light scuffs. Cover is a nice VG with some light edge wear. Easily one of my top two favorite Scorps albums, and that's saying something considering the competition includes Lovedrive, Taken By Force, Virgin Killer, Blackout, Animal Magnetism, etc. Sun In My Hand and Dark Lady, however, are the scale-tippers with Robot Man and the title track a close second. There's something about the tone Uli creates on this LP that gives me goosebumps. Blisteringly hot, this album will peel the paint off the walls. Whoever did the mastering on this pressing did a superb job so the sound comes charging out of the speakers with amazing clarity at a high volume. Simply essential stuff. You will not be disappointed.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
