Hard-to-find promo of 1969 novelty blues single.  Flip is R&B-style Northern Soul.  Original, not a repro.  Matrix numbers in deadwax:  44372-2.  Comes with company sleeve (staple holes, writing on back).  Plays well.  Flip is VG+ with superficial scuffs.  "Constipation Blues" is in VG+ condition, close to VG++.
