Description

S.C.U.-Where Da Son Don't Shyne (Mad Skunk Records 1996). Rare original copy of this classic underground rap single which features the hard-hitting beats of J-Funk laced with some sick next level flows. This copy was found in the remnants of a back in the day Baltimore dj's collection. The record saw a lot of turntable action and grades VG. The light bulb reveals non-feelable scratches, scuffs, and sleeve marks. There's a rough spot in the intro dead wax on side one that stops right before the music comes in. There's a light storage warp that tracks fine and the dj's name is written on both labels with black pen. Overall this is a heavily used copy but both sides plays solid VG with the music coming through strong. There's some crackle and groove noise but the beats and lyrics win out. Found in a plain black generic cover that grades VG with heavy wear and a three inch bottom seam split.

Grade Scale: EX, VG++, VG+, VG, G, Poor. All records are play-graded, observed under a light bulb, and checked for warps.
