STILL SEALED!!! (Never Opened) 1969 first pressing ...
A nearly forgotten sixties classic. Great guitar work by Mike Bloomfield, Harvey Mandel, and Duane Allman. Three of the greatest guitar players ever. Very bluesy, very relaxed. A must for people which love the Electric Flag. Standouts are "Twice a Man" and "Spirit of Trane", "Jimi The Fox" which is dedicated to Jimi Hendrix, while he was alive, featuring a cool groove, stinging guitar action...."Blues for Barry And..." is Mike Bloomfield at his best with a solid band behind him cranking out this slow blues you wish wouldn't end...but its an overall excellent album. Can't figure out why "Twice a Man" has not been included on any of Duane Allmans Anthologies with the highlight guitar action he supplies...
