We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. "Pipes Of Peace" was a multi-platinum album worldwide. Some reviews back then chirped criticisms of McCartney and his alleged sugary sentimentality -- but honestly, many Beatles/McCartney fans could listen this album forever and hear nothing unusual or strange here: it was a perfectly produced, highly polished pop-crafted Beatles sound album, graced with one if the biggest hits of the decade ("Say Say Say") and if you think McCartney is sentimental, well, he always was. If there's one thing about this album is that it closely resembles his critically acclaimed "Tug Of War" - and its not coincidence because most of the material was recorded simultaneously. Now why would "Tug Of War" be celebrated as wonderful return to form and this one anything less is beyond us - it's up-beat/positive, charming, witty, full of ridiculously pretty melodies that one can sing along to it forever. After all these years fans still love and know every word of "The Other Me", "Keep Undercover", "Average Person" and almost everything on this album ...
