Factory Sealed
This is a Factory Sealed Classic Records LP pressed on 200 gram vinyl. This record is long out of print and unlikely to be reissued. There is a tiny dent of about 1/8" in the lower left hand corner. Other than that, this is about as nice a copy as we've ever seen, with no splits, creases or torn wrap!
Didn't You Used To Like The Classic?
Yup, and we still do -- albeit with reservations. The Classic actually rocks, something a majority of pressings we've played just don't. If you aren't willing to devote the time and resources necessary to acquire a dozen or more domestic and import copies, and you don't want to spend the dough for one of our pricey Hot Stamper copies, the Classic is probably your best bet. Led Zeppelin had a fully formed, distinctive sound from the outset, as their eponymous debut illustrates. Taking the heavy, distorted electric blues of Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, and Cream to an extreme, Zeppelin created a majestic, powerful brand of guitar rock constructed around simple, memorable riffs and lumbering rhythms.
But the key to the group's attack was subtlety: it wasn't just an onslaught of guitar noise, it was shaded and textured, filled with alternating dynamics and tempos. TRACK LISTING Side One

We use HEAVY DUTY oversized cardboard boxes with cardboard protectors sandwiching the record and plenty of bubble wrap all around. After more than twenty years in the record business one thing we know is how to pack records properly, so rest assured the package will arrive at your door safe and sound.

We no longer ship records (and expensive CDs) using first class mail. If you pay by Paypal their policy states that we must insure the item and prove it arrived, which means it must ship Priority Mail. (We can declare a lower value as a rule. Please contact us for specifics.)
