Up for bid is an extremely rare factory sealed promo LP, "The Man Who Sold The World" by David Bowie. See pictures for song list. This is not a cut out item, has no holes, notches, or cut corners. This is a dynaflex LP, released by RCA (LSP-4813/16) in 1972. Although this set is sealed, there are a couple of small places where the shrink is not intact. The tips of the front top and bottom right corners have pierced the shrink and show light corner wear. There is a tiny tear in the shrink along the bottom seam, and the exposed area shows wear (see pictures of this very small area). There is a breathing hole on the front of the jacket in the shrink wrap. The rest of the shrink is intact, set retains the factory seal. There is light ring wear on the front and back of the jacket. There is a sticker on the front of the jacket on the outside of the shrink wrap that reads "David Bowie Poster Included." On the back of the jacket in the top right corner is a promo stamp recessed into the actual jacket (see pictures). I can find no history of a sealed promo copy of this LP to have ever been sold on Ebay! This rare collectible would make a great Christmas gift!
