Description
Jimi Hendrix was an American rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter. Although his mainstream career spanned only four years, he is widely regarded as one of the most influential electric guitarists in the history of popular music. He achieved fame in the US after his performance at the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967, and later head-lined the Woodstock Festival in 1969. Hendrix favored over-driven amplifiers with high volume and gain, and he utilized the previously undesirable sounds caused by guitar amplifier feedback. Jimi turned those effects into a controlled, fluid vocabulary. As a guitar hero, he changed everything. "Live At Monterey" is a posthumous live album, released in 2007. It contains Hendrix's performance with his band, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, at the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival. Jimi was a star. Most of the songs on this album are fast and extremely loud, it's release is for historic importance and numbered (No. 1746). One of many great Jimi Hendrix live shows. Legacy. This is a sealed copy with 200-Gram grade vinyl. Mint condition. Thank you for looking.
