Excellent condition, guaranteed original, 1970s Michigan STILL SEALED Private-Pressing Hard Rock LP by PRATT entitled "Pratt" on Stentorian Records (#38022, Stereo). USA - RARE, original local Michigan pressing hardrocker crew who issued only this small pressing album in the early 70's ...vastly unknown and underestimated, PRATT was a Midwestern guitar-driven hardrock quartet with echoey vocals, suitable primitive production is a plus, all housed in crude reverse negative cover showing the drummer behind his kit. For fans of 70's Detroit guitar dominated hard rock, in similar vein of high energy jams ala the MC5, STOOGES, MAD DOG, Ted Nugent's AMBOY DUKES, early ALICE COOPER, etc. There is a notice on the group photos back cover that sums up the entire album: "THIS MUSIC SHOULD BE CRANKED UP TO THE EXTREME LIMITS OF ENDURANCE FOR THE HELL OF IT!"Tunes include: "New York City," "Back Steet Kids," "Money," "Shards Of Glass," "Hottest Bitch," "I Want My Woman Back Home," "Never Wanted," and "First Assault."
