Because record is sealed, it is presumed the vinyl is in mint condition. Sleeve is in near mint condition. Corners are sharp, there is no shelf wear, bends or seam splits. There is no stains and no discoloration. There may be a touch of ring wear on the back of the sleeve, near the top but it's difficult to tell if the ring wear is on the shrink wrap or the sleeve itself.
