Cover and Vinyl in great shape from my personal collection, ORIGINAL RECORDING IN 1983, NOT REMASTERED

Pusheads Septic Death's "Need so much attention, acceptance of whom"  with green cover and 12 tracks released on Pusmort 0012-01 

Black vinyl, orange and yellow label. The first pressing had the yellow and orange label some later pressings had 2 yellow labels. 

This first Septic Death release (1984) is also the very first Pusmort release (0012-01) and showcased a great collection of art. The front cover by Pushead, the back cover and Side B label by Chet XNO Darmstaedter, Side A label by Nick Blinko of Rudimentary Peni.
