SERGE GAINSBOURG- Deluxe black velveted boxset with silver lettering and edges, containing 6 LP’s, an insert with the title tracks and a thick booklet with drawings, scribbling and rare & never seen before pictures, as well as complete lyrics. This was a special issue for the 20 years of career of Serge as well as for his 50th birthday. Released on Philips on the 6th of may 1978 (Phillips 6641 788) this amazing boxset features 71 tracks recorded between 1958 and 1977. A highly collectable set as very few copies turn up for sale! The box is in near perfect shape with just light shelf-wear & tiny patches of corner wear that could easily be dissimulated with black ink, but I left it as it is. The booklet is mint with just one tiny yellow spot. All vinyls are Mint-. A sure keeper. Though this is a very heavy box, shipping will be the same as for 1 LP only, since part of shipping is already included in the price.
