Description
My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years
Rare MISPRINT from 1977. ROTTON instead of ROTTEN is printed on the label (see scan). Old eBay prices for this MISPRINT: $71 + £63 + €50 + £45 + £44 + £42. This original first German pressing has the band name near the bottom of the front cover. UK issues have the band name near the top of the sleeve. German issues were released as a NEGATIVE IMAGE of the UK picture sleeve. Therefore on the back of the sleeve the background is white as opposed to, the UK which is, black. Here you can get the first pressing with original black & white twin label logos. As you know, second/later German pressings have coloured label logos (one side red, the other green). 'Pretty Vacant' was released on ‘Virgin’ records in the noble year of 1977 (catalogue number 11 331 AT). The superb B-sider is entitled ‘No Fun’. The sleeve shows some age spots, handling wear and is slightly un-flat otherwise the condition is:

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
