SEX PISTOLS super-rare 1st pressing of the album ANARCHY IN SWEDEN '77 as released in 1978. Recorded live at the Discotheque, Beach Disco, Halmstad, Sweden on the 15th July 1977. Gun Records, GUN 001. There are only 300 copies of this record in existence.
This is the impossibly hard to find first pressing with the hand-made red ink card sleeve, safety pin, stamped track listing and typed track listing on the paper inner sleeve. The record and sleeve are 100% correct - the track listing on the inside of the front cover incorrectly lists 'Holidays' instead of 'New York' and the tracks are hand-stamped. What is particularly unusual about this copy is that the tracks have been typed on the inner sleeve - in over 30 years of collecting I have never seen another copy like this. I'd grade the record at MINT unplayed and the sleeve as EXCELLENT MINUS due to the slight discolouration you usually get with hand-made sleeves - as can be seen on the reverse photograph. The record has been stored in heavy duty PVC and card protective sleeves which are included in the sale. NO RESERVE!
