Description

Sex Pistols - Anarchy in the UK - EMI 2566 Chris Thomas Credit and Black Sleeve

A superb copy of the 1st Pressing of this iconic single.

This has Chris Thomas wrongly credited as the Producer of the b-side,  I Wanna Be Me, which indicates a very 1st pressing,  plus the original super rare black sleeve,

The vinyl retains it's superb original sheen. It has no warps or visible marks. It sits flat on the turntable and plays just as it looks.

Virtually CD quality but with the depth of sound you only get with a vinyl. Even the run ins only have the tiniest bit of static. No skips, ticks, or clicks.

Graded Near Mint

Matrix No's A-1 B-2

The labels are also beautifully clean with no writing or wear and grade Near Mint too.

The rare original fragile black paper sleeve only shows a very slight  impression of the record.  plus the tiniest of nicks (about 1-2cms ) at the opening on the back. Visible in photos. Otherwise a wonderfully clean sleeve.

Most of these sleeves are battered and falling apart but this is in great condition and must grade Excellent

You will struggle to find a better all round copy.

International bidders welcomed.

All records will be sent in professional record mailers, with stiffeners.
