This sleeve is notorious for damaging easily.
Compared to other copies of this sleeve I have seen this one rates very highly.
There is no writting on either the label or the sleeve.

MINT: Superb condition possibly unplayed vinyl/ sleeve as new.
EX +: Vinyl and sleeve appear almost unmarked and in top cond .
EX :1 or 2 minor scuffs or small hairline scratches / minor edge wear to cover.
VG+: Vinyl has light scuffs and scratches/ cover noticeable edge and corner wear.
Will play to confirm grading upon request.
