VISUAL GRADE under strong light:
Disc: EX- 
Over-all fairly clean under strong light. Many people would call this EX. It's on the EX side of EX-
Note: the disc has the slightest hint of a warp ... it's really hard to notice but it's sort of there. Again ... most people wouldn't note this but I've done so here but emphasis that it's super slight.

Cover: around (EX- to) EX Clean ... no bends, stickers, splits, etc just some mild wear to the back (see pics).
Over-all this is a decent copy under  strict grading.
