Description
- 12 inch, stereo, single. 45 rpm
- This was issued in 1987 on the 'Rough Trade' label
- This was originally released as a stand alone single in April, 1987 and reached number 10 in the charts. It was included on the compilation album 'Louder Than Bombs' released later that same year. The 'B' side features versions of two songs recorded for John Peel's BBC radio show. These too resurfacred on 'Louder Than Bombs'
- Personnel:- Morrissey - vocals, Johnny Marr - guitar, piano, Andy Rourke - bass, Mike Joyce - drums

- 'A' side produced by Morrissey/Marr and Stephen Street
- 'B' side produced by John Porter, engineered by David Dade for the BBC Peel Sessions

- The front cover features a still of the actress Candy Darling from the film 'Women In Revolt'
- The back cover has a track listing and full credits
- Glossy pink, card, inner sleeve with lyrics on one side and thumbnails of the sleeves with track listings for the first 3 studio albums and two compilation up to this single's release
- Catalogue number RTT 196
- Matrix marks:- A side: RTT-196-A1 (etched)
- B side: RTT-196-B1 COOK BERNARD MATTHEWS (etched)
Condition
- The record appears to be in excellent condition.
- There seem to be no marks or scratches and no signs of warping.
- The record plays well with no audible pops or scratches and no noticeable surface noise
- The outer sleeve has some very slight edge wear at the corners and opening and some light ring wear
- The inner sleeve is unmarked and undamaged with some faint ring wear (see photos)
- Based on the guidelines of the Record Collectors Guild, I would say this record is 'Very Good +' (www.recordcollectorsguild.org)
