SHIRLY COLLINS LP 'THE POWER OF THE TRUE LOVE KNOT'
Polydor 583025, 1968.
Original first pressing copy of one of the classic albums of the 1960s folk revival, matrix numbers 583025 A1/B1. Laminated sleeve, notes on rear. Arrangements, and accompanied by, Dolly Collins on flute organ.

Side 1 - Bonnie Boy / Richie Story / Lovely Joan / Just As The Tide Was Flowing / The Unquiet Grave / Black Eyed Susan / Seven Yellow Gipsies.
Side 2 - Over The Hills And Far Away / Greenwood Laddie / Lady Margaret And Sweet William / The Maydens Came / Polly Vaughn / The Barley Straw / Barbara Allen.
Condition:
Record - VG. Side 1: Clean vinyl, the odd faint mark, plays well throughout. Side 2: A couple of obvious marks the larger of which does not impact upon listening quality. The smaller mark causes a pop at the beginning of the opening track. Plays fine thereafter. (Oh, the way in which you mistreated records on your Dansette when you were young!)
Sleeve - VG to Ex. Very clean. Looked after from new by myself in polythene sleeve.
