This is the Decca wide band 3rd label, without groove, and "Made in England" at 10 O' clock.
The labels on this record show little wear to the spindle hole.
The vinyl shows no signs of warping and has a mirror like appearance.
I have played this record and there is some surface noise at the beginning of side one and during some of the quieter parts(a few louder tics in odd places)the same applies to side two.
I would grade this record as excellent with the sound quality being improved if given a good clean.

The original inner sleeve has some ring wear and a few creases.
The cover is in excellent condition with little wear on the corners,there are impressions on the front of the cover where it has been used to rest on for writing,there is a line and 'wide band'.this is not visible unless viewed at an angle with light shining on it.(photograph)
There is no actual writing on the cover!
This record will be shipped in a plastic sleeve inside a record mailer with two stiffeners.
