Description
Up for sale is a vintage copy of At The Pershing (But Not For Me) by Ahmad Jamal (Argo LP-628, mono).
This copy features multiple signatures on the sleeve, believed to include Ahmad Jamal and members of his trio. However, the autographs are unverified and are being sold as-is. Please review all photos carefully and make your own determination regarding authenticity.
Condition (Please Read):
I am not a professional record grader. Condition is based on my personal observation only. Please rely on the photos for your own assessment.
Sleeve: Shows significant vintage wear, including corner wear and surface wear.
Bottom seam has separated but has been DIY repaired and still holds the record
Top seam has a few inches of separation
Vinyl: Shows some visible scratches but nothing that appears excessive to my eyes
Includes a replacement paper inner sleeve (original inner sleeve not included)
Additional Notes:
Record has not been cleaned, but it has been play tested. Spot play-tested with no skips or sticks. Light background crackle is present in places and can be heard under the music, but it remains quiet and does not overpower playback. Otherwise plays well.
