PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
MEGA RARE original Terre Haute first pressing on Beserkley from 1976 with "T" etched in the dead wax on both sides, Glen Kolotkin's name misspelled on the rear cover as Kolotin, original yellow inner sleeve and bizarre transparent wraparound Beserkley tag covering original catalog number BZ-0048 with PZ 34755(?) on the spine!!! What's up with that? I have NEVER seen one of these before and that catalog number certainly doesn't exist in the Beserkley discography. VERY rare, needless to say. This particular copy has been SIGNED by Jonathan himself. This LP was included in a jaw-dropping collection I purchased from the former manager of Sounds Good Records (R.I.P.) here in Chicago on the northeast side of the city in the Wrigleyville neighborhood in the late 1970s/early 1980s. This copy was personally dedicated to her in beautifully legible blue ink on the right side of the front cover near the opening! She said she got to know Jonathan fairly well and there were a total of three LPs in the collection that were signed and personally dedicated to her. One of them I sold, this is the second one and I plan to keep the other one so don't sleep. It may be your last chance. LP is a gorgeous VG++/NM-. Cover is a nice VG+ with a tiny nick on the spine. You will not be disappointed.
