This deluxe limited edition seven vinyl LP collector's set includes re-pressings of three classic Sigur Rós albums: Sigur Rós - Ágætis Byrjun Sigur Rós - ( ) Sigur Rós - Takk Sigur Rós EP Smáskífa (rare) These seven vinyl LPs come encased in a hard cover book-type sleeve containing seven full color vinyl sleeves and a copy of the Artist In Residence classic publication "In A Frozen Sea: A Year With Sigur Rós" (which was also available to buy separately). Each copy is individually numbered and foil-stamped. Limited to 5000 units worldwide. This is 3143/5000. Please see photographs for more detail. There are a few very light marks on the cover, although inside it is absolutely immaculate, like new. All LPs have not been played more than a few times at most. This is a very rare set and has never been reissued. A highly sought after collections edition never to be repeated. All the vinyl is also in individual sleeves inside, and all play well with no major issues. NO WARPED VINYL IN THIS SET. As a special bonus, Smaskifa which has never before been released in a 12" format is included in the set (7 total pieces of vinyl). These LP's slip into seven individually customized vinyl sleeves which are designed with original photography from the 2006 Takk tour. The classic publication is included in this package, and slips into a customized jacket inside the back cover. In a Frozen Sea follows Sigur Ros through their native Iceland, during the Takk world tour. Tracking over the Icelandic countryside, A+R captured exclusive photographs, interviews, and a unique insight into the band. The result of this endeavor; a thirty-two page publication of never before seen photographs, observations and quotes that captures the band in their words, in their world.
