SILENT HILL by Akira Yamaoka, released by Mondo Records.
This is the super limited SNOWFALL (Clear w/White Splatter) variant.  There were 2000 made, and they sold out immediately.
NEW. The outer plastic has been slit enough to be able to see the variant of the record, but it has never been played.
