Description
SILOAH - S/T (PRIVATE G 70)
Mega rare original copy of one of the rarest items of the early german Psychedelic Underground. This the very first private pressing made in 1970. The few copies that were pressed sold out very quickly, so a 2nd pressing was done on the tiny label "German Blues & Underground" in 1971, but you are bidding here on the VERY FIRST private press which has yellow labels with "A" and "B" printed on.
The 2nd press on German Blues and Underground is really hard to come by, but the first press is just about impossible.
Cover is in "Fair/Good" condition - ringwear, split seams top and bottom, edge wear and some sort of minor peeling at the bottom. (A quick search on popsike will show that the few copies sold on ebay in the past were in similar condition.)
Record is in VG+ condition - has many light hairlines, plays really well with only very minor surface noise.
This lp is a top level item for psych/kraut collectors and just never turns up in any condition. Reserve price is an absolute fraction of what i paid so...
