Original UK stereo LP, release date 1968 on the CBS label, catalogue number: 63101 Matrix nos: side1) SBPG63101A4 side 2) SBPG63101B1 Condition of cover/record: NEAR MINT / NEAR MINT (Grading as used by Record Collector) The cover was produced by Upton Printing Group, and is in NEAR MINT condition – no creases, no wear to the edges, no splaying of open edge, no writing or tears. There are some very minor blemishes: the front laminated cover has a VERY FAINT ring mark – just 4 inches at the top and about the same at the bottom – only noticeable when inclined towards light. The rear cover is pristine – it is pure white, no staining or discolouration, no ring marks, creases, writing or tears – there is a record shop label sticker on the top rear – see photo. The full lyrics are printed on this rear matt surface. The spine is in perfect condition with perfect print. The inner sleeve is the original CBS advertising one in orange, black and white – it is perfect. The two labels each have approx 10 to 12 very light spindle marks. The record is as near to MINT as it gets – there is just one click on ‘old friends’ – apart from that I counted merely 4 or 5 very faint crackles on the whole album. AN ALMOST FAULTLESS-SOUNDING ALBUM. This record was cleaned and played before the auction to ensure accuracy of description. This item has no reserve on it, & is from my personal collection.
