SIX-DECKER CHRISTMAS 1964 Private/UNKNOWN/Home Recordings/Custom/Direct to Disc SEATTLE, Washington 10" acetate LP 33rpm  - This is one of the most interesting private/home recording LPs I have ever come across.  It's a 12" cover with the original family Polaroid photographs carefully attached to the standard heavy cardboard LP cover and the family name and date screen printed directly to the cover.  The record is a 10" metal-core acetate in incredible condition.  There are a few handling marks, but it's absolutely glossy and plays like new.  The music is a mix of instruments - horns, fiddle, piano, organ, etc. - with mostly instrumentals but also a couple of vocal tracks and some spoken moments.  Absolutely one-of-a-kind - likely the only copy ever made - "real person" LP from a West Coast family in 1964.  Also includes what I assume is a type written lyrics sheet on onion paper of an original composition on the record by Carlyle Decker.  This is as personal and custom as it gets.

Vinyl - VG+/VG++
Cover - VG (cover, pictures, lyrics sheet, inner audiodisc sleeve, etc. are all in nice condition.  the only damage is one small tear to the upper right polaroid image, and the bottom right is missing one of the corner connectors.)

GRADING:
SS (Still Sealed) - Never opened. (I do not believe in grading opened LPs or 45s as "Mint".  A "Mint" record is still sealed.)
NM (Near Mint)  - a near perfect, probably unplayed record.  might be dusty or have a light fingerprint, but has no marks that can be seen.
NM- (Near Mint minus) - absolutely clean with at most a few very superficial marks that have no effect on playback.
VG++ - Super clean and very lightly played. 
VG+ (Very Good Plus) - the record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little deterioration in sound quality.
VG  (Very Good) - a well used copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages.  A VG record may have very small marks that can be felt, but feelable marks will always be specifically noted in my listings)
VG- (Very Good minus)  - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.  music still dominates over any background noise or pops. 
G (good) - still a playable record without jumps or marks that stick, but a record in this condition will have significant surface noise, pops and other distractions.
