Extremely rare collectible record from 1965. From promoter Clement Dodd (Sir Coxson) and saxophone player Roland Alphonso this is a very interesting sounding record. A unique blend of Ska, reggae & soul. There is a host of Kingston's top entertainers and includes Bob Marley & The Wailers. The record is in (VG) very good condition with lots of shine. There are paper scuffs and some blotchy pressing marks but no deep scratches. The vinyl is thick and flat. The labels are slightly off center but the center hole is not. There are some light spindle marks on the side 2 label. The record has been cleaned on a VPI record cleaner and played in it's entirety. It plays extremely well without any skips or loud pops. There is some light crackle that does not overpower the music. A very enjoyable listen. The cover is in (VG+) very good plus condition. All seams are intact and the spine is really nice. There is some tape residue right under the ST in STRICTLY and a few small spots of something on the yellow part. The rear cover is very clean with only light wear. Please see pictures.
