The labels are in excellent condition, very clean and free from grubby marks, writing, stickers etc. Both sides are free of spindle marking and there is no wear to the centre hole, excellent very clean labels.Course matt yellow labels with DJ copy not for sale. stax Records Memphis USA on labels.
The Vinyl Surface is excellent. Both sides are very clean with a very high gloss sheen, very nice vinyl. The surface of the record has some very light visible surface marks, and a very light surface scff to side 2, otherwise free from only light marks visible under very bright light and these are only the very lightest of surface marks. Record play through very well. No skips or jumps. if very critical there is some very slight detectable light hiss, mainly to leadins where needle has dropped and only to be expected from records of this age and era!. Record plays extremely well.
The Sleeve is in excellent condition. There are No nasty creases or rips or tears on sleeve, No unwanted stickers on the sleeve, minimum wear to corners and edges. No writing. The opening edges are very still quite sharp and intact and in excellent order, slight top left corner wear. The spine is rigid and the text on the spine is intact, no wear to spine other than to top corner edge which has some stiorage wear. Original Front cover is Un Laminated. Unlaminated rear is very good, No writing. american thick card sleeve
Original STAX Inner Paper Sleeve is in good condition, but has a slightly ragged opening edge and seam split on bottom. Overall an excellent example of this very rare classic Album.
