From my personal collection, this is an ULTRA-RARE 1980 reissue of the obscure 1972 classic "SORT OF" on Recommended Records, UK.  I purchased this new in about 1982, I think.  The vinyl is PLAY GRADED EX, with a just a little minor surface noise here and there in the quiet bits.  I played this in its entirety recently for the first time in decades, and it sounded fantastic.  The cover is a really solid VG+, with some minor edge/spine/corner wear and creasing, plus some minimal ring wear starting to show.  Most would probably grade this higher.  Finally, there are "LAST" stickers on each label of the record, signifying that this was treated with the Last vinyl preservation system, an expensive audiophile product from the 1980s.  Did it help?  After listening to it now, I can at least say it certainly didn't hurt!!!
