Stylistically, the two SLAUGHTERDAY guys are going in the same direction as their ex-labelmates of DESERTED FEAR or CHAPEL OF DISEASE, although the East Frisians place a little more emphasis on melodic lead guitars. For example, ''Nightmare Vortex'' lets tons of heavy riffs thunder through the speakers, dark, melodic & really mangy. This in combination with an catchy, groovy bludgeon make the 8 tracks to an entertaining, fine old school Death Metal grenade.
