Played once, everything looks like it is in like-new condition. I bought this at one of their gigs, everything is generally Nr Mint - with potential exception of some rubbing marks on the rear of the sleeve and (minor) top of front sleeve, probably a storage thing. It looks the same as when I bought it anyway from the source! Hence grading it from Excellent to Nr Mint in the listing
I have been the only owner of this item since buying it brand new on release. From a pet and smoke free home. 
I am an experienced vinyl seller and will be shipping this with vinyl mailers etc.
