Visual & Aural Condition
The records are in near mint condition there are no scratches or scuffs. The labels are bright and clean with no stickers or writing, no spindle marks The records have not been cleaned with any mechanical or chemical cleaners. I only use an anti- static cloth prior to checking their condition under halogen lights or bright sunshine. Then played completely through to check their aural condition, they play superb, apart from the odd tick. Please remember that this is a 31 year old record set.
The Sleeve
The gatefold sleeve is in near mint condition. There are no tears, writing, stains, stickers or splits.
The Inners / Insert
The inners are the originals in near mint condition no writing, stains or tears.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THESE ARE LONG PLAYING RECORDS THEY ARE NOT CDS
Viewed under 4 x 50 w Halogen lights or in direct sunlight this clearly shows any imperfections. Then played completely through, any faults either visual or acoustic are noted and described, such as scratches, scuffs, repetitive ticks, pops, hiss or roar.
Though due to the very nature of vinyl there is always the inherent tick(s) which is due sometimes to imperfection in the vinyl or debris in the track which a deep clean should remove. Though all records and the record decks/systems they are played on are all different, the stylus, pick up, amplifier and speakers all play a part in the perceived sound we hear. If your requirements are for a clinical digitised reproduced sound, please buy the CD not this vinyl record!
But if you are dissatisfied with the record for any reason I offer a full no quibble refund if you will return the record with its original packaging, at your own expense via a trackable method within fourteen days of receipt. PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM via ebay ask the seller a question.

Grading Score
Information is provided first for the record and then for the sleeve
Record – Sleeve
92 87
95 Mint
(95 is the highest figure given as no records are perfect, not even new and sealed ones)
85-94 Near Mint
Almost flawless; At 85 only the lightest scuff marks to the record and only slight wear to the cover. Above 86 and up to 94, there should be fewer to no marks on the playing surface of the record or wear to the cover.
75-84 Excellent
Below 84, down to 80, there will be progressively more marking, but this will only be very light and superficial. The cover may have light ring wear, small edge creasing and or discolouration. A few more surface marks will be seen at 75-79, obvious ring wear, creasing to cover, slight tears, some laminate lift. Remains of price labels or sticky tape evident to the cover.
65-74 Very Good
I do not list, unless it is a much sought item. There will be more obvious marks to the record including heavier scuffs and / or stylus scratches, more obvious creasing, ring wear or laminate lift, worse tears to the cover.
Below 64 Poor
I do not list.
