SMALL FACES 1st IMMEDIATE LP.. ON COLUMBIA

Description

This is the first IMMEDIATE album (a.k.a. "GREEN CIRCLES") by the incomparable SMALL FACES, as you can see it is the painfully rare GERMAN first pressing on the COLUMBIA "STATESIDE" label, cat# SMC 74 292 (Stereo). The cover is Exc+: there is a small (less than 1/2") tear at the right edge which is not visible in the picture below. The labels are very elegant and the pics below do not do them justice - the perimeter of the label and the "cross-hatching" behing the COLUMBIA logo are in fact gold and the red is more bold than is shown. I'm sorry my skill (or lack of!) as a photographer fails to capture the very attractive labels accurately.  The vinyl itself has a fair few light surface marks causing some "ticks" and "clicks" but thanks to the superior vinyl used in those far-off days, whilst it looks VG it plays Excellent with no skips, thumps or jumps. Please study the pics below.
