On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Small Faces called 'The Small Faces' and is an ORIGINAL 1966 UK MONO 1st pressing on the 1st Press 'Grooved' UNBOXED Decca label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS WAS THE SMALL FACES FIRST EVER LP AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP HAS AN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITIONED RECORD - AND OVERALL A BRILLIANT CONDITIONED COVER TOO!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1966 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS UNBOXED 'GROOVED' DECCA LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'JAMES UPTON' LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Decca UK MONO 1st Pressing from 1966 and is in BRILLIANT condition overall!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 4790 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED Decca label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Small Faces at their best!!!! Any fan of Small Faces, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, only 1 MEGA light scuffline, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition - and as first glance it looks SUPERB!!!!  And even with the defect I am about to describe it STILL does!!!!  However the 1 previous owner had a small accident with this cover.  It had remained in SUPERB condition for over 40 years - but whilst removing it from the chest it had been stored in for all that time he accidentally 'caught' the cover on the side of it.  This caused some slight damage to the front of the cover (though it is now virtually INVISIBLE and I will explain why!).  He felt so guilty about this that he felt he had to have it professionally repaired.  Sensibly he didnt attempt any repair himself and took it to a book restorer to see what he could do.  And the book restorer has repaired the cover to an AMAZINGLY high standard - almost INVISIBLY in fact!!!!  Basically the damage caused was a tear across the cover front - however it has been joined PERFECTLY together with absolutely NO gaps in the colour AT ALL and was 'backed' professionally from the inside!!!!  As a result the cover looks as SUPERB as is possible to get and is in fact EVEN stronger than it was originally!!!!  So basically what you now have is a cover that is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition with a PERFECTLY repaired light line across the front - which does NOT affect the look OR the picture barely AT ALL!!!!  And everything is PERFECTLY strong in EVERY respect!!!!  And I would MUCH rather have a BRILLIANT looking repaired cover like this one - than one of the usual 'battered', 'dirty' and heavily worn examples that often show up!!!!  JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS A BRILLIANT COVER - AND WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!!!!  The cover also has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, AWESOME shiny UNGLAZED laminate, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition with barely ANY grubbyness AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO writing, NO rubbing, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!!  The cover even has its ORIGINAL 'Musicland' 1960s Record Shop sticker from where the record was purchased back in 1966 (100% Guaranteed ORIGINAL from NEW)!!!!  Excluding what was mentioned above (that will naturally have to be the buyers decision as to what difference this makes - if any) the cover MUST grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
