DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE - FRONT & EDGES: there have been 3 tears on the front right which have obviously been filled with black marker in the past..looks quite a neat job..and just a little storage wear at the corners, otherwise great..edges and spine lettering lovely and sharp: VG
SLEEVE - REAR: tape down left side and a tear top left and middle right, otherwise fine..all lettering nice and clear: VG-
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a number of light surface marks, but plays brilliantly with no jumps, pops or clicks and just a little surface noise in the quieter parts: VISUAL: VG / PLAYS: EX
VINYL - SIDE TWO: as with side one, a number of light surface marks, but plays brilliantly with no jumps, pops or clicks and just a little surface noise in the quieter parts: VISUAL: VG / PLAYS: EX
LABELS: light spindle marking, otherwise Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
