Following a few years when I have been clearing out my 'also-ran' LPs, I've now decided that some of those that I intended to keep have got to go. I just have too many and space is at a premium. Perhaps you know what I mean???
This is a MOST COLLECTABLE album on a first pressing label and in a matching sleeve. . This is a SUPERB VINYL copy - apart from one small surface mark it is almost perfect and therfore hard to find like this !!

An original copy - FIRST PRESSING from 1967
CONDITION - VISUALLY - Wonderful!
There are NO SCRATCHES on either side of this fabulous looking viny, BUT THERE IS ONE SMALL SURFACE MARK in the vinyl - a few millimetres long. It is situated on Side 1., at the end of track 6 and goes accross the gap into track 7. It causes a light 'pop' (for a few rotations BUT IT IS NOT AUDIBLE OVER THE MUSIC - ONLY IN THE DEAD SPACE BETWEEN THE TRACKS.
It is SO SCARCE to find a copy of a 43 year old pop record in this condition. The pink labels are clean with no writing and just a few light spindle marks. A very nice vinyl example - apart from that one surface mark.
AUDIO!
I test-played both sides before listing.
ON THE 'A' SIDE - I heard absolutey NOTHING in the intro until the first track quietly came to life - then PERFECT AUDIO until the small 'pop' I described earlier.
ON THE 'B' SIDE - nothing to spoil the audio on this side at all.
Overall I would grade the audio on this vinyl as EXCELLENT ++ on side 2 / VERY GOOD +++ on side 1.
NO CLICKS, NO (other) POPS, NO STATIC - a really clean audio presenation and its becoming very gard to find a decent copy of this record now. They are either all 'knackered' or the good ones are in record collections.
The SLEEVE
The sleeve is INTACT and has no side splits, no rips, no writing etc. But it has some surface damage to the front (see pic.), where the facing has been torn from the cover. And there is a small amount of light wear on the corners, along the spine and on the face sides. On the rear the flipbacks are intact but there is a small amonunt of light staining on the white areas. But this is a non-laminated sleeve and it is therefore prone to damage over the years. I am trying to describe all aspects of this album - warts and all!
In summary, a most collectable LP on the 'first pressing' label. One surface mark on the vinyl. One area of damage on the sleeve. That's it!
See my feedback for confidence that I sell in the correct manner. I charge a small postage fee because I send by FIRST CLASS POST and records are properly packaged with card stiffeners in professionally made mailers. I do not penalise buyers by charging over-inflated P&P though.
